    介紹一家好咖啡店~~Daniel & Hank

     
    如果你來到了內湖~~推薦您一間值得光顧的咖啡店
     
    該休息了，那~~先留下住址與照片，有空我會一一來介紹他的好
    地址:台北市瑞光路227號 (靠近台北花市)
    店名:Daniel & Hank
     
    沒錯，這兩個名字就是老闆的名字，他們除了在咖啡上的用心經營，點心類、店內環境和氛氛也是非常講究
    看書、交朋友、談天、談生意、放鬆心情、這兒都適合(星期日沒開便是)
    店內飲料有:各式咖啡、巧克力、各式茶類、果汁等等。點心有: 法式蛋糕(等我後續介紹)、黑巧克力(現場加熱)、鬆餅(超有質感)、Omelette蛋捲(現場做喔)、吐司、Bagel。
    咖啡是自己進豆、烘豆、調豆與磨豆，所以大可放心老闆的專業，必定是中性溫合的口味，烘至留下咖啡最天然的香味，不會苦澀或酸味，而且老闆要求品質，泡不好，必重來，所以顧客大可放心咖啡的品質與口感
     
    我也從老闆身上學到許多咖啡技巧喔~~
    說著咖啡，那真是一門很大的學問呢~~影響的層面真的超廣的，簡單的說來，我們喝到的咖啡，光"水質""水溫""咖啡粉密度""咖啡粉粗細""牛奶品質""奶泡打法"，連"當天氣候"都可影響一杯咖啡的好壞，這些都是從老闆身上學到的，我略知一二，其餘就得自己慢慢研究囉~~
    說過頭了，下次慢慢聊~~

    Me too, I'm a big time coffee drinker.
    I've always wanted to learn, but I've never got the changce to do so..
